Room Rates
Rates are based on two person occupancy. Children of any age count towards occupancy.
King and Queen guest room have a maximum occupancy of two person. No exceptions can be made. We do not have rollaway beds.
Suites have a maximum occupany of two person. No exceptions can be made. We do not have rollaway beds.
Two bed suite can accomodate up to four person maximum for an additional $30 per night per person.

May 27 - June 17
Spring is in the air. The island has come alive and awake. A low key time to visit.
Summer
June 18 - October 17
The most popular time of the year to come explore Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Warm and sunny, with so many activities to do the island is abuzz with activies and visitors.
Fall
October 18 - October 23
Kids are back in school, the air is cool and crisp. Foliage has turned beautiful colors. Fall is truely in the air. Great time to come to have the town and Acadia National Park all to yourselves.
